About Pace Gauge

Better comparisons. Friendly competition. Shared motivation.

Pace Gauge is a running comparison community where you can compare workout stats across apps and devices, compete with other runners on competition leaderboards, and create challenges with friends and new rivals.

Why it exists

Running can be personal without being solitary. Pace Gauge helps you make sense of workout stats across apps and devices while giving friends and strangers a place to challenge each other, celebrate effort and stay consistent. A new watch should not break your history, and a different recording app should not stop a friendly rivalry.

How it works

Bring readable screenshots, supported GPX files or manually entered summary values. Review them, label the source, and compare workouts or alternate recordings. Share confirmed details with signed-in runners to appear in the crew feed and contribute to competitions you are part of. Like and comment on shared workouts, follow accolades and climb competition leaderboards.

Community challenges, created by runners

Create a competition with a name, start and end dates, goal and selected registered participants. Compete with friends or include runners you have not met. Pick group distance, individual distance, average pace or most runs, then follow the goal-specific rankings. There is room for a shared achievement as well as a race for first place.

Our boundaries

Pace Gauge is not affiliated with the device and app brands named in its guides. It does not automatically access those accounts, certify sensor accuracy or provide medical interpretations. The supported-inputs guide explains which files and summary fields you can bring into the app.
