AI workout screenshot scanner
From workout screenshot to reviewed running data.
Upload readable workout screenshots, review the extracted stats, and compare them alongside your other runs. Choose to share confirmed workouts to bring your effort into the community feed and eligible competition results.
One run, two recordings.
Sample data only, not real runner activity or a claim about a particular device. Both recordings use elapsed time; absent fields are not filled in.
| Metric | A: Watch A · sample recording | B: App B · sample recording | Calculated difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Distance (km) | 5 | 5.1 | +0.1 |
| Pace (sec/km) | 360 | 350 | -10 |
| Time (sec) | 1800 | 1785 | -15 |
| Average heart rate (bpm) | 150 | 153 | +3 |
| Cadence (per min) | 170 | 174 | +4 |
| Calories (kcal) | 320 | 328 | +8 |
| Elevation (m) | 60 | 64 | +4 |
Recorded time: A elapsed, B elapsed. Pace basis: A elapsed, B elapsed. Different or unknown time definitions prevent direct time and pace comparisons. Elevation requires a matching definition. Different activities are not treated as equivalent.
A screenshot-to-workout import, not a connection
Choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of a completed workout in Log Run. The image is stored privately and read by the built-in AI service. Pace Gauge does not connect to the app in the picture, and no provider password is required.
A review example
Synthetic example, not a customer screenshot: an image visibly says Distance 5.00 km, Elapsed time 30:00 and Average heart rate 150 bpm. The review form should show those values only. If the pace is not shown, leave it empty; if the source is cropped out, enter it yourself. Compare only after checking the date, source, distance unit and time definition.
Upload → scan → review → confirm → compare
The scan fills editable fields without saving a workout. Check the original readings shown in the review panel, correct errors and confirm the source and units. Saving preserves observed values separately from confirmed values. The comparison screen uses confirmed values, with explicit unit conversions.
When an image is unclear
Crop out unrelated information but keep metric labels and units visible. Prefer the original screenshot to a compressed photo. Uncertain readings are flagged; an image with no useful workout values is rejected. You can always enter a workout manually instead.
What an image cannot tell us
A summary does not contain an entire route or every split. The scanner does not infer effort, medical conclusions, missing measurements or proprietary recovery scores. A label that just says Time needs your review: do not silently relabel it as moving or elapsed time.
Privacy and duplicate recordings
Source images remain private, including when you share confirmed workout metrics. New workout records start private. If a possible same-day recording is found, choose to attach the new version to that workout or confirm that it is a separate session. Alternate versions remain available for comparison without adding a second session to volume totals.
